Summer Concerts Start May 31
Kicking off on May 31 with a performance from Beauty Slap and special guest Funky Fly Project, the South Park Amphitheater will host Friday night concerts, with the exception of Sat. July 6, through the end of August.
The Pittsburgh Opera’s performance on June 2 will launch the Sunday night concerts held at Hartwood Acres Park Amphitheater, ending on Sept. 1. Hartwood Acres Park opens at 8 a.m., and the gate to the amphitheater parking lot opens at noon unless otherwise noted.
In addition to live music, Hop Farm Brewing Company and food trucks will be onsite at all concerts to offer a range of cuisines and craft beer, starting at 6 p.m. Schedule details
Attendees are encouraged to bring blankets and folding chairs to concerts. Popup tents and umbrellas may be used for shade prior to the concert, but they must be taken down before the performance begins. Dogs are also permitted, as long as they are kept on a leash at all times and are up to date on all vaccinations and licensing. Owners must clean up after their dogs.
