Dana is a lifelong Pittsburgher who has been working as a full-time Realtor since 2014, advising both buyers and sellers with their most personal real estate decisions. She graduated from Duquesne University with a Bachelor of Arts in English and prior to becoming a Realtor, spent many years working in the Legal Department and Ethics and Compliance at Alcoa--experience that has helped to sharpen her negotiation skills and also put a focus on the fiduciary obligation that she owes to her clients.
Buying a home is one of, if not the, largest purchase that most people make in their lifetime, and it deserves to be handled with an understanding of the magnitude of this. Dana works with her clients to plan for their futures, with their needs and goals in mind.
The housing market, technology, and the paperwork involved in the purchase and sale of a home is constantly changing and in order to make sure that Dana is always on top of what’s going on in the industry, she regularly takes training and designation courses, well beyond the standard required continuing education, so that she can better serve her clients. Dana is an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), a Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) and a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE).
