Although the name on his license is “Daniel” he prefers “Dan.” A Pittsburgh-area resident for
over 30 years, he first arrived in 1992 to work for Kaufmann's Department Stores, and he
has called Regent Square home for the last 31 years. Dan became an agent after a 36-year
career in retail store design. Applying his corporate integrity, quest for excellence, business
acumen, and his love of architecture and interior design, he focuses these passions to
